Customers may have received an email about the EUCS Dashboard maintenance completion.
Although, due to some performance issues we experienced, the maintenance was cancelled.
Customers will be informed when Airship conducts the future maintenance.

Airship will be conducting scheduled maintenance on our platform starting at 22:00 UTC on 9/4/2024. During this time, attempts to access the Airship APIs may experience intermittent disruptions. Additionally, the Airship Dashboard will be widely inaccessible for updates until 00:00 UTC on 9/5/2024. Previously scheduled or automatically triggered messages will not be impacted.
If you have any questions or encounter issues after the maintenance window, please reach out to Airship Support at support.airship.com. We will provide an update here once the maintenance is complete.
The Dashboard maintenance has been completed. Customers should be able to view and use the Dashboard normally.

Our engineering team has identified an issue related to passing custom event properties to personalized messages. Engineering has deployed a fix to the issue and we will continue to monitor the problem.

From 9:20 UTC to 10:10 UTC we were experiencing an issue impacting segmentation and personalized attributes and events.
Customers may have experienced delays when using segmentation and sends containing personalized attributes and events
Our engineering team has since resolved this issue and the impacted services have been fully restored.

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing a delay in our ability to process device registration in real-time since around 8:55 UTC. The delay is approximately 1.5 hours.
All other services, including notification delivery, are working as expected at this time.
