Airship will be performing maintenance on Performance Analytics starting at 00:00 UTC on 1/7/2025. Our Performance Analytics product will be affected for approximately 60 minutes, until 01:00 UTC on 1/7/2025. During this time Performance Analytics will be unavailable and customers may see some errors when viewing the page.

Since 15:03 UTC we are investigating an issue involving the Mobile Messaging component. Our engineering team is working to resolve the issue. Since 14.45 UTC, we are investigating an issue that is resulting in In-app Automation and Scene using segmentation conditions (events, attributes, and segments) or using personalization not being displayed. Messages using tags or device properties as segment conditions are not impacted.

Our engineering team is working to identify and resolve this point.

Airship will conduct scheduled maintenance on go.airship.eu starting at 00:00 GMT on 10/25/2024. Maintenance is expected to last approximately 3 hours and end at 03:00 GMT on 10/25/2024, during which time the web dashboard will be unavailable. The impact will be isolated to the web UI and no impact is expected for API traffic, Scheduled Notifications, or Automations during this time.
